We also have the capability of silk screening your logo or message on our military tags. Our American Flag Tag and the USMC logo tag are examples of this process. We have printed up to five colors and the tags look great.
Please keep in mind that you will have initial startup costs, for example, costs for punch and dies or screens, so I would
recommend that you have a quantity of at least 500 pieces to make it cost effective. The cost of the punch and die for embossing is approximately $300.00- $600.00. The cost of each screen is between $45-$50. per color. Contact us for an exact quote based upon your needs.
For either process please allow ample time for processing your order.
For custom embossed tags we always send samples for your approval before we run the job. For silk-screened or pad printing we do a mockup for your approval. If you have a need for text embossed or debossed on dog tags, please contact us for a quote.
